| PEC was involved with Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing for the first phase of this development called Belle River. PEC prepared Civil Engineering documents and a geotechnical report for the current phase. PEC is currently performing construction materials testing and inspection. PEC has been provided services on several other development for Winters Construction. We are glad to be on the team. |
