| Description: |
| The University of Mississippi is planning additions to the north and east of Coulter Hall. The addition to the east will include a basement and three floors above ground. The addition to the north will be an auditorium. This project was a challenging site design due to the congestion of utilities across the site. The site was upgraded from a seismic site class C to D based on a site specific shear wave analysis performed by PEC. PEC acted as Civil Engineer on the design team. PEC was recently hired to perform special inspection and construction materials testing during construction. |
